Ok so that railroad/work metaphor is good timing, both in that I need to get the LW finger out and get some more shirts done and its coming up for a holiday which means maybe a bit more space with which to think on this, or preferably act on it. I do have the girls for the entire week so any thoughts of mountain freedom is gone haha. It’ll be cool though and I’m looking forward to it. Hopefully the weather will let up enough for us to get at least a couple of woodland walks in.
I had hoped to get up to Tentsmuir to see what that looks like now. I can’t remember the last time I was there, many, many years ago now, maybe even primary school age. The erosion has changed the shape of the dunes dramatically so it will be interesting to see. Plus if we get it on a good day, at least a bright day, I’ll get some decent pictures to use. Also want to try that other place again near Tarbrax where that lovely little meadow was. It might be nice in the autumn. Kind of side lined with the upcoming holiday but it’s been a hell of a start to a difficult year so it’s more than welcome. Long way to Christmas yet though.
